Do I need to arrive early?

We ask all guests to arrive 10 minutes early for their first class. This will give the instructor time to explain how the machine works and prep you for the cues they will be giving during class. The studio opens 15 minutes before the first class of each block.

What do I need to bring?

Athletic attire

Dress in something that will allow you to move freely.

Grip Socks

For health reasons and as a courtesy to all guests, we do not allow anyone to exercise barefoot. Regular socks can get slippery on the Megaformer so we strongly advise using socks with rubberized soles. Grip socks are available for sale at the studio for $14/pair. Packs of grip socks can also be purchased on Amazon.

Water bottle

You’ll want to hydrate. We have a filtered water dispenser and drinking fountains at the studio. We also sell Boxed Water and canteens.

Running Shoes

(Run + Resistance classes only)

Where can I park?

 

There is limited parking on Milwaukee Ave, but there is city parking directly behind the studio (~$3/hour via the ParkChicago app). From Milwaukee ave, turn onto Hermitage and there is usually ample metered parking along the L tracks.
