Instructors

All of our Instructors have been certified by Lagree Fitness and trained directly by a Master Instructor. In addition, several instructors hold certifications in other disciplines such as Pilates or Prenatal fitness. We hold training sessions to ensure that each Instructor has the skills and knowledge to identify and implement necessary modifications to ensure that the exercises you perform are appropriate to your experience, fitness level and any injuries you may have.
