(Lagree + Treadmill)

Half Lagree Strength Training.

Half interval running.

This class is for those who love bootcamp classes but want more out of the strength training portion. The class consists of two 20 minute blocks:

  • Interval running on a curved treadmill

  • Lagree Method strength training guided by an Instructor

Bring grip socks and running shoes. Expect a high heart-rate full body workout that burns tons of calories while building lean muscle.


Resistance

(Full Body Lagree)

Full body workout.

Sweat. Shake. Leave feeling like you conquered the day.

Your Instructor will guide you through a series of exercises on the Megaformer. The Lagree Method combines elements of Pilates and strength training, focusing on slow and controlled movements. The class targets all major muscle groups and will be unique every time.
