M3K+ Megaformer

Megaformers apply similar concepts of traditional pilates reformers, but the materials and design allow you to achieve a wider range of motion and perform many exercises that are impossible on a Reformer. Megaformers enable hundreds of low-impact exercises optimized to target every muscle that you want to sculpt. Springs under the carriage allow you to find the perfect amount of resistance or assistance to get the most from each movement.

All of our classes are taught on the M3K+ Megaformer from Lagree Fitness. This model includes updates to the platforms, carriage, tension selectors and bars that allow a greater range of exercises and faster transitions than older models found in most studios.

AirRunner Curved Treadmill

Our Run+Resistance classes use curved treadmills for mixed-pace interval runs. Unlike traditional treadmills, curved treadmills use your body weight to move the treads. The design promotes better running form and reduces impact on your knees and ankles.

To increase speed, you just run faster. To decrease speed, you run slower. This means that you never have to fumble around to trying to push a button with your finger while sprinting to slow the machine down.

The speed change if almost instant so you don’t half your sprint interval waiting for an electric motor to accelerate or decelerate. A 30 second sprint is actually a 30 second sprint… even if you secretly wish it wasn’t.
